We have the space within our modern facility! With a service area just over 18,000 sq.ft., we have the space and equipment to get your emergency vehicle back in service as soon as possible. We can fit 12 trucks inside our repair and refurbishment shop, depending on configuration, and have 4 acres of property for outdoor work and storage.
We have the equipment! We also have invested in top-of-the-line equipment required to service and maintain your firefighting trucks efficiently. With Rotary Mobile truck column lifts, overhead cranes, mig & tig welding equipment, air conditioning service machines, pump test pit, brake press, shear and mobile service trucks, there isn’t much we can’t accomplish.
We have the people! Our employees are factory trained by our manufacturers as well as our component manufacturers. With our well-seasoned staff, you can trust your apparatus to be repaired efficiently by professionals.

Fire Line Equipment offers a wide range of chassis, fire pump and aerial ladder maintenance, repair and installation services at our 22,000 sq/ft service and repair facility located at 307 Twin Springs Court, New Holland PA 17557. Fire Line Equipment also runs two mobile service trucks. Our technicians will come to your location, bringing the preventive maintenance to your fire house.

BRINGING THE FLUIDS TO YOU
Completely self contained lube skid, our mobile lube service truck is fully outfitted with high quality tools, air compressor, air reels, stainless steel hardware and lube skid. The lube skid carries engine oil, transmission fluids, DEF, antifreeze, 80/90W oil and hydraulic fluid with a 70 gallon waste oil tank. Our technicians take great pride in providing all of the mobile services you need to keep your fleet ready.
COLLISION REPAIR
Fire apparatus are a specialized design and configuration of emergency vehicle. Collision & body repair requires knowledge, skill and expertise. Whether you need custom fabrication, OEM parts, body parts or overall body work and collision repairs, a general auto body shop won’t work well for your fire truck repair. Fire Line Equipment has years of hands-on experience working on fire apparatus collision repair work.
UPGRADE TO LED LIGHTING
One common reason that first responders and others suggest as the reason they haven’t upgraded to LED emergency vehicle lights is because their old-fashioned lighting is still working and performs just fine. However, once we get down to the nitty gritty in terms of LED lights, most people change their mind and opt to go ahead and perform an LED emergency light upgrade.

Established in 2005, Fire Line Equipment employs twenty-seven full time and several part time employees. Our company has a great mix of qualifications encompassing many, many years of sales, service, refurbishment and parts experience.
