Fire Line Equipment is growing! We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time sales positions. This position requires you to travel to current and prospective customer locations to solicit sales of New E-ONE fire apparatus and to demonstrate vehicles in an assigned territory. Customer meetings could include daytime, evening, or weekend appointments. Upon sale of a vehicle, travel to the manufacturing location could be required, usually in 3-day increments. You will work closely with prospective customers to help them purchase a Fire Truck that will meet their needs. Primary duties of this role include customer location visits, trade show attendance, specification development using the company supplied quoting system, and vehicle demonstrations as required. You will also be responsible for sales tracking and reporting within the FLE contact management software. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by managers or owners.
Basic sales, negotiation, and presentation skills preferred, reading, math, oral communication, written communication, technical communication, customer relations, time management, demonstrated past problem solving, basic computer skills and time management skills required -2 years of sales or fire industry experience or education preferred – High school diploma or equivalent required. A valid driver’s license is required –Good, clean Driving record- CDL preferred. A positive, professional customer service attitude and effective communication skills. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job and Willingness to work the required schedule.
